Welcome to one of South Carolina's newest venues where the owners were voted 2021 Professional of the Year! Whether you are planning a wedding, reception, birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, luncheon or a business event, the Silver Spoon Event Center is available to host your next gathering! Silver Spoon Event Center was converted from the old bank building located near Swan Lake Gardens in Sumter and offers charming space. There are several spaces including the larger front section of the venue which can accommodate all types of events for up to 125 people. The front section also offers beautiful ceiling chandeliers to create a magical ambience, a backdrop room to take memorable photos and a buffet room to set up and serve meals from. The newly renovated back section of the venue can accommodate small events for up to 50-60 people. The original bank vault has been converted to an awesome walk-up bar that we provide professional bartending services for. Our venue is conveniently located to the surrounding areas of Sumter, Clarendon and Lee County and has a variety of convenient features like ample parking, nearby hotels and a up and coming downtown area.
